WHY COACHING FOR PEOPLE WITH A MISSION?

Because they need it most.
People with a mission are often the most driven—and the most at risk. Their work is fueled by deep purpose, but that same passion can lead to chronic stress, self-neglect, and burnout. When the mission feels personal, everything matters more. The stakes feel higher. And it’s easy to forget your own limits.
Because I now know ways to deal with it better.
I know the pull of purpose—and the weight that can come with it. For two decades, I have dedicated my work to improving the lifes of people in developing countries. I’ve experienced the pressure, the urgency, the “never enough” days. And I’ve found ways to change that —ways that are effective and sustainable. That’s what I now share with my clients.
Because it’s my mission now.
I coach people with a mission because I believe their work matters. I want them to succeed—not by working harder, but by working with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of agency. I’m here to help them make their impact without losing themselves in the process.
